One of the foundations of how we run our company is equality. Regardless of department, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, or title, everyone has the same rights, security, conditions, and opportunities. 100% of our employees feel they are treated fairly regardless of gender and ethnic background, and 96% experience equal treatment regardless of position.

We operate according to the principle “competence leads – not title.” This means that the CEO works side by side with colleagues in the warehouse or at our cross-dock facility, where trucks are loaded and unloaded, and the person with the greatest professional expertise leads the task. This approach creates natural mutual respect, psychological safety, and high performance. It is also the foundation of our slogan, “Leading the Way,” which we uphold every single day.

The results of our most recent survey confirm that our culture works in practice. 90% of our colleagues experience strong collaboration and feel that they make a difference in the workplace. Care, fairness, innovation, and team spirit score 92%, while teamwork, credibility, and leadership behavior are rated at 93%. Finally, as many as 94% of our employees state that competence, communication, trust, fairness, openness, and community are reflected in everyday work life.

These results demonstrate that our values are not just words on the wall – they are lived every day.
